Carving knife is razor sharp and both pieces are rock solid and tight as they should be. Knife measures 13.25" inches overall with a razor sharp 8" inch blade, fork measures 11.25" inches overall with 3" inch tines. The custom padded black plastic case has a built in sharpener and honer slot at case end for quick and easy sharpening and honing.
