The Nakiri is a Japanese-style knife with a wide blade. Plus this weightier knife falls through food more easily, so the knife does more of the work for you.

HAPPY KNIFE, HAPPY LIFE

- use a soft towel to dry (microfiber recommended)- always with the blade facing AWAY from your hand
- avoid cleaners with bleach &/or citrus extracts
- do not use rough sponges (ex. Brillo pads/ steel sponges/ any other harsh materials as steel may scratch)
