When you need to measure temperature, the DS18B20 is a firm favourite. Easy to code and with an abundance of examples on the internet, it's a go-to temperature sensor! This particular sensor is a pre-wired, waterproof version with a DS18B20-compatible sensor in the tip - great for measuring the temperature of liquids, or simply something further away from your microcontroller. These are a digital sensor so you don't have to worry about signal issues over longer distances. We suggest limiting the submerged liquid temperature to 100°C to stay on the safe side.
