So naturally, we turned to our friend Quintin Middleton, master artisan and bladesmith of Middleton Made Knives, who crafted our beautiful Barrel Stave Bar Knife. Middleton designed a gorgeous and functional all purpose Chef’s Knife ideal for slicing, dicing and chopping with a custom Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrel stave handle.
