Keep lettuce crisp with the tried and true Tupperware lettuce keepers. The lettuce keeper has the patented sealing lid with an added dome to accommodate a round head of iceberg lettuce. The interior has an insert that helps keep the lettuce in position away from extra moisture that collects in the bowl bottom. To use, remove the core of the lettuce and place over the insert. It is best to remove the core by smacking the cut end of the core on a surface hard enough to break the spines of the lettuce leaves. Then, pull out the core with your thumb and index finger. The container is in good used condition. It has multiple shallow surface scratches and some discoloration from normal wear and tear. No off odors.just smells like vintage Tupperware.
